MEET OUR TEAM
Katie - HR/Office Manager
I have 1 child named Easton, and a wonderful fiancé named Trae that I have been with for over 14 plus years. Outside of the office you'll find me shopping, reading a good book, or attending my son's hockey games. I bring to RPD over 7 years of clinical experience.
My message to our patients:
“It’s important to me that you leave our office with both the highest quality care and an experience that has you feeling like a part of our family.” Although I won’t be directly handling your dental care, I work hard to make sure our team has the needed support to best treat our patients and keep the office running smoothly!
Brooke – Clinical Manager
I am happily married with 2 children, Luella and Hendrik. You can find us enjoying lake life in the summer and snowmobiling in the winter. I love helping people and seeing the happiness a smile brings is so rewarding!
Something many people don’t know about me: I was a prom queen and Ms. Clear Lake back in the day!
Mary – Front Desk & Insurance Coord., IT
I have been with RPD for over 21 years! The first 16 years I was at the front desk but as we've grown you don't see me at the front as I am in the back office concentrating on insurance and date entry.
I have been married for nearly 47 years and my husband, Bob and I have 2 grown sons, 6 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren! I love the outdoors and crafting in my spare time!
When I first started at RPD it felt a bit overwhelming but within a very short period of time, it all became very interesting to me and learning how dentistry has so much more to do with our overall health, not just our mouth. I have met so many wonderful people over the years and have developed some great relationships!

Lindsey – Front Office Coord.
I am originally from Bloomington, MN. I have my degree in Marketing from UW-Lacrosse where I then met my husband whom I have been married to for 21 plus years. I have 3 daughters, 1 son and a dog named Finley.
I originally come from a construction background and always had a passion for dental health. I have been working with River Place Dental for over 2 years and have learned so much. I look forward to seeing patients and helping them better understand the importance of oral hygiene.
Jess – Hygienist/Hygiene Coord.
Fall of 2025 will mark nine years with River Place Dental yet Jess is able to offer nearly 20 years of dental experience. Jess and her husband, Joe, have been married 14 years and together have three children. Life currently is a longing to achieve balance, especially at this stage in life of keeping the faith, raising a family and working outside of the home. Jess considers these her richest blessings.
It is a servant heart that underlies an earnest desire to care for her patients with both compassion and understanding. The dental setting often brings anxiety and fear for patients due to less-than-ideal past experiences. Although unable to remove those experiences, Jess truly looks to relieve the uneasy feeling that comes with being in the dental setting while providing her patients with one-of-a-kind attention and care. Developing a sense of trust is important between a patient and provider. It is essential to the quality of care. And with that, she extends a personal invitation to take part in something truly exceptional. She looks forward to serving you.
